This newly opened hotel has incredibly friendly staff and a superb location near the beaches in a safe area.

The breakfast was excellent, served hot and delicious, and having an outdoor bar was an added bonus, while the hotel's location was conveniently close to historical sites.

The location is marvelous and convenient to many points on the coast. The room was updated, and the food was outstanding. Warm and free breakfast with a good choice of goodies is provided.

The vibe here is really charming and it's a great spot to crash at! My room was super clean and had a nice modern touch. The beds were so comfy, I had the best sleep ever! 🌟

The breakfast was great and had lots of different options. The room was quiet and had central heating, cable programming, and a microwave. The setting was marvelous, near multiple restaurants in the area.

Exceptional service, great breakfast with juice and omelets, as for instance. The king room with a single king bed and clean towels, as for instance.

The room was incredibly spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from downtown Newport and other attractions. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I especially loved the coffee/tea station in the lobby that was available 24/7. And let's not forget the highlight of the day - the freshly baked cookies in the afternoon! These little treats really made my stay feel extra special.

Our overall stay was great. The location to downtown Newport was very convenient. The staff was great when we needed extra towels they were delivered promptly.

The only negatives was our room's carpet was sticky and the room layout was odd.

The room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and was spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options and the staff serving us were friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a beautiful area, near to great hiking trails and beaches, restaurants and shopping. Polite, incredible staff, we enjoyed them all. Location of property was great and the shuttle into downtown was a big plus.

It was pleasant and fabulous place to stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; the room was new-fashioned and neat. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect: it took about 20 minutes to reach the downtown. Had nice dainties at Corner Stone Bakery, located not very far from the hotel. This property met all required needs in every way, recommend...

Very clean hotel, excellent staff, hot breakfast with plenty of choices, close to downtown Newport , helpful manager, pleasant and helpful staff.

Staff was extremely friendly, polite, and accommodating, the free breakfast was extensive, and we enjoyed using the pool and hot tub as well as the little fitness area.

Friend slept on the pull out sofa and it was unfortunately not comfortable (while the actual bed was great!). Also, we booked last minute for a holiday weekend and paid more than what we really wanted to, but that was our fault for not planning ahead.
